QL Guide Pro — Privacy Policy

In short: QL Guide Pro does not collect, transmit, or share any data. It is a fully offline documentation viewer — it has no internet permission, no account system, and no way to send anything off your device.

This Privacy Policy explains how the QL Guide Pro mobile app (the “app”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. QL Guide Pro is provided by The Fine Group, LLC (doing business as TerraformGanymede).

QL Guide Pro is the offline Pro-exclusive companion handbook for the QuickLogger field-logging app. It displays bundled help articles covering Pro features such as altitude analytics and bundle license management. It does not capture, store, or process any user data beyond the app’s own bundled content.

The short version

No data is collected by us. QL Guide Pro has no internet permission and makes no network connections. Nothing is downloaded, streamed, or transmitted.
No accounts, no sign-in, no tracking. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs in the app.
No special permissions. QL Guide Pro does not request access to your location, camera, photos, files, contacts, or any other device capability.

What the app accesses

QL Guide Pro reads and displays its own bundled content (help articles shipped inside the app). It does not access any data on your device — no files, photos, contacts, location, or anything else.

The only data stored is the app’s own theme preference (System / Light / Dark) and license activation status, saved in the app’s private storage on your device.

None. QL Guide Pro does not transmit any data to us or to any third party. There are no servers, analytics services, advertising networks, or other third parties involved. The app has no internet permission and cannot make network connections.

Data storage and retention

QL Guide Pro does not create or store user data. The bundled help content is part of the app itself. Uninstall the app to remove it and its preferences from your device.

We do not retain any of your data, because we never receive any of it.

Children’s privacy

QL Guide Pro is a general-purpose documentation viewer and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
